The Last Supper
A truly momentous occasion. It was the night of my leaving drinks. As usual, the adventure didn't stop when the pub shut, though tonight saw an unprecedented number of poultry participants eat in at The Cottage.

Ade told me he doesn't even like chicken anymore, and that it was the constant peer-pressure to eat chicken that made him leave. A good last supper though, even if the spicy chicken wings weren't terribly spicy.
So no more beer and chicken?
Well as the name suggests, The Last Supper was pretty final. I've moved jobs and Chicken Cottage is no longer my only eating option. I don't believe in the resurrection.
We may return in another form though. Or we may return for the odd Christmas Special.
at last, someone else who appreciates the culinary genius of chicken cottage! I have been going to the alperton branch (the very first branch of chicken cottage opened in the uk) for many years, and it still serves the best spicy wings in london. i had a kfc recently and it was not a patch on CC...i will never stray again!
